THE STREAMER tm

The Streamer is a centrepiece effect combining 320 metres (1050 ft) of spinning fiber optics with RGB LED technology. It is fully DMX controlled and is driven by a powerful stepper motor which engages a 4 way gear system, the unit has variable speed and is also multi directional ,incorporating a lighting span of 2.5 metres at top speed. The streamer is completely user friendly with special features including a wireless remote control to access 9 preset programs ,and an audio trigger switch ( sound activation) for installations which do not have a DMX consol, ie hotel foyers, wedding receptions, architectural applications, backyard DJ installs and other like environments.

The Streamer is a multi-faceted product and can be used for creating a range of moods. Simply by changing the speed of rotation, the streamer compliments the changing needs of any venue form mellow - chill out / hypnotic- techno to high energy dance club effects. Because the unit uses RGB,LED's it has a full colour spectrum which allows the units to be colour themed eg football grand finals, New Years etc. They also work well individually or in clusters for larger venues. The Streamer can also be used in conjunction with other lighting products such as Power Spots and other similar products as the high quality fibres will absorb any colours that are projected upon them. Another unique quality of the streamer is it gives a 3 dimensional lighting effect without the use of a smoke machine, good for situations where clean air is desired. ie, bar/restaurants The Streamers is a hanging fitting either as a permanent fixture or to a truss, however owing to their light weight they are also great for portable situations required by DJ applications. The product has just been launched in the USA and Europe will be launched in Australia and New Zealand in 2008.
